Creating a concept linked to naturalness, freshness, authenticity and palatability was transmitted by the initial starting point with Gonzalo and Sonia,
owners of the new thematic restaurant located in the heart of Sarria (Barcelona). A product offered based on its Origin (Italy), deserves a clean and fresh but not perishable environment, friendly, easily replicable, and above all, memorable.
From a name that fully identifies the product (Panino), we created a craft brand, with a symbol that identifies the manual cutting process ingredients (affettatrici) and with a brand personality expression in the space which provides alignment with the concept of freshness and naturalness.
